In the extremely creepy short film Animas, by director Stephanie Adams-Santos, Jeff's character Josh is reminiscent of the husband in Rosemary's Baby -- likeable at first, but as the film progresses his sinister motives emerge. When Josh brings home some relics after his mother's funeral, his wife Nikki (played by Sarah Catherine Bradford) begins to wonder if they are the cause of her new nightmares. As her relationship with her husband grows more distant, she becomes more afraid of the dark spirit that becomes increasingly menacing.
The 35-minute film, written by Jimmy Mosqueda, premiered May 20, 2006 at the Stanford Student Film Festival.
